I have been running here and running there and trying to get some small household projects done so when the kids go back to school (HOORAY!) I can take some time to myself and relax. Maybe then I will find time to learn how to crochet. First project is going to be a bikini...wait for it.....ha ha ha ha, can't even picture myself in one without images of a walrus tangled in a rope popping into my head. My disclaimer is as such: if you happen to be a lovely plus sized vixen and want to wear a crocheted bikini than kudos to you, I personally just cannot subject my friends and neighbours to the horrors that lie beneath my regular clothing. No really, we are talking boogeyman scary. I have found a little time this week to play with some glitter and glue (my absolute freakin' favourite) and to make some yummy cinnamon rolls. I always find time for baking somehow, maybe because it's hard to eat knitted dishcloths. Not impossible I'm sure, but difficult none the less. Made a peach pie and it was really good. I just need to find things to do that don't cause the rapid expansion of my ass. The weather sucks and is supposed to for a day or two, perfect for getting some knitting or crafting done. Well maybe not knitting, I shouldn't use anything too pointy when the skies are grey or I just might stab myself in the face with them and I suppose scissors and x-actos are probably not a great idea either. Well shit, what's a girl to do?
